What you’ll find here

The methods section collects runnable notebooks that demonstrate the numerical machinery behind the research — the Heterogeneous Multiscale Method (HMM), microscale cell problems, and the macro/micro coupling that drives the full lubrication model. Each one can be opened and run in the browser via Colab or Binder, or downloaded as a notebook.
